Please pass on my gratitude to Mr Wicks for producing such stunning apparel as “English Laundry”. The first time I saw the label was in lager department store in Melbourne (Australia), I fell in love with English laundry right then and there. Earlier in the year I was in Las Vegas (US), I was after a few new shirts, so strolling through many shopping stripes, nothing really stood out. Then I saw some amazing shirts that caught my eye, the funny thing is that as I got closer I realised it was “English Laundry”, I had to buy them. I own six English Laundry shirts at the moment and I get stopped in the streets and get questioned on them, I tell them it’s “English Laundry” by Christopher Wicks, this is the least I can do as my appreciation to Mr Wicks.
