PAYMENTS Advanced payment in full by credit/debit card or PayPal is required for all orders during check out. Global Rebels Inc. will accept payment via American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or PayPal. Please do not send cash, money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks. All prices are subject to change from time to time at Global Rebels Inc.'s sole discretion. All price changes will be posted and we do not apply discounts to any previous orders nor issue refunds for the difference.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days. To ensure that orders are shipped within this timeframe, orders are processed as soon as they are received and most are shipped same day. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or combined once they have been shipped. If there is a problem with your order, please email customer support at customerservice@globalrebels.com. Sometimes items that show in stock on the website are actually sold out before we can update the website. In these cases Global Rebels will contact the customer to find out if they want to substitute for size/color/style. In rare cases we will substitute for size or color if we can’t contact the customer prior to shipment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Global Rebels Inc. strives to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the purchases that you have made. With that in mind, purchases made online may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Global Rebel must receive the merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, hair and any odor free, have the ORIGINAL tags attached and be accompanied with the original invoice. Items that are returned and don’t meet the criteria above will not be processed and can be sent back to the customer with applicable shipping rates due the customer. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return/exchange.We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return an item for an exchange, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—NOT WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, ODOR/HAIR FREE and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced items and sale merchandise within 30 days from the day you receive the goods for an Exchange or Store Credit only, minus the shipping/taxes charges.
NON RESALABLE ITEMS: If merchandise is worn, has odors/hair, damaged, altered or washed, it is final sale—it is not resalable and cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no exceptions!
DEFECTIVE: If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, notify us within 3 business days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund otherwise you will receive store credit. There are no exceptions and item(s) will be inspected. We do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty.
INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED: If you were shipped incorrect merchandise-style, color, size—you must fill out the form and return the item(s) to us for an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Store credit is issued for out of stock item(s). We will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders.
BEAUTY PRODUCTS: All cosmetics, skin care, and fragrances are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product causes an allergic reaction or was received damaged. If the product causes an allergic reaction or is delivered damaged, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of the original purchase date.
LINGERIE & UNDERGARMENTS: For health and hygiene reasons, all lingerie and undergarments are considered final sale and may not be returned

*Items in the outlet and sale departments and items purchased with a coupon code are Final and non-refundable, but we will be happy to exchange them if they don’t fit for equal or greater value! Because of the incredibly low prices of items in our outlet, we cannot give additional discounts using coupon codes. Gift Certificates are not eligible for promo discounts and are not refundable.
To exchange or return an item, please send it back via the U.S. mail, using the pre-paid self addressed return label and the bag that will arrive in your shipment, along with the original packing slip with a note explaining the items you want to exchange or return. Please use only the bag included in your package and NOT the UPS box (your postman doesn’t like that).
Shipping for exchanges is a flat rate of $4.99 for US and $14.99 for International. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. To ensure that orders are shipped as promptly as possible, orders are processed as soon as they are received. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been shipped. Global Rebels Inc. will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Global Rebels Inc. (see Undeliverable Packages for details). Global Rebels Inc. will re-ship an order that is returned because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete at the customer’s expense. If there is a problem with your order, please email customer support at customerservice@globalrebels.com. Some returns subject to re-stocking fee at management's discretion.

We DO ship internationally and domesticly. Please use the checkout for shipping quotes to your country. International shipping: Customs charges and duties/taxes are the customers responsibility to pay. Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S.):_All packages are shipped within 1 to 2 business days where available. Shipping charges are determined by the number and type of items ordered and the shipping method selected. Shipping time frame for each shipping method is estimated. REFUSED AND RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGESIf for any reason a package is refused or returned to the sender we will except the package and contact the customer regarding the reason. Shipping charges will be recharged if shipped out again and refunds will be processed minus the shipping cost.
BACK ORDERS & Pre-Orders
For older styles and out of stock items, we offer a “back order” service that allows our customers to place items on back order in the hopes that we can fulfill the items from retailer back stock. To place a back order, simply call or email us and we will do the rest. Please Note: There is no guarantee that we can fulfill back ordered items. For items that you need for gifts or right away we recommend choosing styles we have in stock and can ship immediately. Should you place an item on back your order, your credit card won’t be charged until we locate the item and ship it out to you. If you pay via Paypal you will be charged up front for all items including back ordered items. If some, but not all, of the items included in your order are out of stock, we will ship only the items that are available in stock and cannot hold orders until everything is available. Items will be shipped out as they become available and applicable shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for each shipment. For back order shipments, we charge a discounted fee of $4.99 per shipment for US or $14.99 international. Pre-Orders: Global Rebels wants you to have first crack at upcoming styles and sometimes will post items for sale before they are released for “pre-orders”. The item descriptions will specify the approximate ship date and be classified as “pre-order”.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If for any reason your order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Global Rebels Inc., we will notify you via e-mail or phone and you will be asked to provide a new address. Shipping and handling will be charged again for the new shipment.
STATE SALES TAX
In accordance with state laws, we are required to charge sales tax to California residents on orders shipped within the continental US. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, including shipping and handling charges and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates. For your planning and convenience, we display exact sales tax amount when orders are placed and reflects all state and local taxes of your order destination at the time your order is placed.
